What we collect and why
Black Label collects your Ace sign-in email, name, program choice and accepted terms to run your creator account. With your authorization, TikTok and Instagram provide your account identifier, username, follower and following counts, public post totals, available account like totals, public post descriptions, post URLs, publication dates and available engagement counts. We use these records to show account and post metrics in your private dashboard, automatically verify the more-than-1,000-follower eligibility requirement, verify campaign requirements and calculate rewards.
Social access and refresh tokens are encrypted. We do not request your social password or post on your behalf. Stripe handles identity verification, tax information and bank details directly; Ace stores your Stripe account identifier and payment status. Stripe sale identifiers, collected amounts, refunds and disputes support attribution and accounting. Your dashboard never exposes buyer email addresses.
Payout details
You may give a Venmo username, an Apple Pay (Apple Cash) phone number or email, and a Cash App $Cashtag so the program owner can pay your rewards while Stripe payouts are unavailable. Only you and the program owner can see them; you can change or clear them in your dashboard. They are used only to pay you.
Screenshot submissions
When you apply, you upload a screenshot of your follower count on Instagram and on TikTok. You may also submit profile or post screenshots, public links and an optional note while platform connections are pending. Screenshots are stored privately in Cloudflare object storage and can be viewed only by you and the program owner. The owner records review feedback in your dashboard. Upload only the relevant profile or post and crop out unrelated private information. General review feedback does not grant eligibility. In a separate verification action, the owner may record a manually checked follower count, public bio verification code, account handle, post caption, publication date and campaign check. These records identify their manual source and reviewer. They support eligibility and campaign verification without a platform connection.
Use “Delete screenshot” beside a submission to erase its image and submission details, including after participation is cancelled. Deleting its evidence withdraws the associated manual verification. Owner review actions are retained in the private audit log. Disconnecting a social connection does not delete these separately uploaded screenshots.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the service and its database. Stripe processes purchases and creator transfers. TikTok and Meta provide the social data you authorize. The Ace mail service sends account, campaign, connection and payment notices from @ace-bl.tech.
Disconnect and delete
In your creator dashboard, choose “Disconnect & erase” for a platform. This immediately deletes stored authorization tokens, that platform’s latest account metrics, submitted post links and verification observations. It pauses any campaign that still needs that platform. You can also revoke Ace Creators in your TikTok or Instagram connected-app settings. You may reconnect later. A content-free hash of a submitted post identifier is retained to prevent the same post earning multiple campaign rewards.
Accounting records and evidence needed to resolve earned payments, refunds or disputes are retained while required for those purposes. Raw post observations are automatically erased after 90 days. Black Label does not sell creator data or use connected-account data to train a general-purpose AI model.
