Help for Ace BL on iPhone and Ace on Mac.

Connect your iPhone to your Mac

  1. Make sure Ace is running on your Mac.
  2. On your Mac, open Ace and show the iPhone pairing code.
  3. In Ace BL, tap Scan and point the camera at the code. If your iPhone and Mac are on the same Wi-Fi, you can use the six-digit code instead.
  4. If pairing fails, open iPhone Settings → Ace BL, check that Camera and Local Network are allowed, then try again.

Calls and notifications

Allow notifications for Ace BL in iPhone Settings so Ace on your Mac can reach you when it needs you.

Disconnect

In Ace BL, choose Disconnect Mac. This stops notifications on that iPhone and removes the pairing from it. Deleting the app removes everything Ace BL stored on the iPhone.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases in Ace BL are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases on the Ace BL plans screen.
