Creator Program Terms
Effective September 19, 2026 · Version 2026-09-19-v6
Eligibility and choices
Applicants must be at least 18, control the social accounts they submit, and be able to receive payments in the US. At least one TikTok or Instagram account must have more than 1,000 followers, verified through the platform or the owner’s manual checks described below. Counts are not combined. Automatic Instagram connections require a professional creator or business account. When you apply, upload a screenshot showing your follower count on Instagram and on TikTok. Your code is created as soon as both are uploaded. The program owner reviews every application and may switch a code off, and cancel participation, if an application does not meet these terms. Before each new sponsored offer, the requirement is checked again using data from the previous 24 hours. Missing or unavailable data pauses eligibility; it does not erase earned rewards or cancel an existing offer. Choose commission or sponsored campaigns. Fixed campaign rewards and 20% commissions do not stack. Your dashboard records the current offer and accepted policy.
Codes and commission
Your code gives customers 10% off eligible Ace payments, including all subscription renewals. Commission is 20% of actual eligible collected revenue after discounts, tax, refunds and disputes. No earnings accrue for self-referrals. Commission becomes available after 30 days. Refunds and disputes reduce pending or future earnings. A code use for progression means a distinct customer’s successful initial code purchase that has not been fully refunded or disputed; renewals add sales but do not create another code use.
Sponsored campaigns
The starter offer is $100 for two new Instagram posts and two new TikTok posts. After the completed starter campaign and 20 paid code uses, the first $200 offer requires two posts per platform. Subsequent levels pay $300 for three per platform, $400 for four, and $500–$1,000 for five per platform, rising in $100 steps and at most one level per week. Five posts per platform and $1,000 per week are the caps.
Your dashboard shows net subscriber targets for the standard monthly plan and the number still needed. A net subscriber is a distinct referred customer with a verified active, paid monthly subscription; canceled subscriptions, scheduled cancellations, paused accounts, refunds and disputed payments do not qualify. Introductory-week purchases count toward the first 20 paid code signups but are not active monthly subscribers until the first monthly invoice is paid. After the first $200 offer, each further weekly offer, including a repeat at the same level, also depends on qualifying subscription payments during the preceding seven days and completed campaign checks. Subscriber targets alone do not guarantee an offer. Forecasts, views and unpaid checkouts do not qualify. Insufficient performance pauses new offers. There is no guaranteed future campaign or weekly payment.
Posting requirements and verification
Start only after a campaign appears in your dashboard. Every post must be original work about Ace, include your assigned code, tag @michaeldhskdh and @blacklabeltec, include #ad or #sponsored, and be public on your verified account. Submit the full post URLs. Each must remain qualifying for 96 hours after its first successful check. Missing posts or tags restart the clock for that post. Platform outages pause automatic decisions and are retried; owner verification may be used instead. A post cannot earn rewards in more than one campaign. The campaign reward is earned when every required post passes.
Payments and cancellation
Until Stripe payouts are available, the program owner pays earned rewards to the Venmo, Apple Pay (Apple Cash) or Cash App details you give in your dashboard; keep them current. Once Stripe payouts are available, earned campaign rewards are queued for transfer to your verified Stripe account. Actual bank arrival depends on Stripe’s payout schedule, account eligibility and available platform funds. The dashboard distinguishes pending earnings and completed transfers to your Stripe balance. Stripe reports bank payout status directly. Black Label reserves the right to cancel participation, an uncompleted campaign or future offers at any time. Rewards already earned by completing verified requirements remain payable, subject to refunds, fraud and disputes. Previously applied customer subscription discounts remain on their subscriptions.
Automated notices and privacy
By applying, you request program emails about your application, code, campaign, missing requirements and payment status. The commission track requires at least one account above the follower threshold. Sponsored campaigns require both Instagram and TikTok, with at least one above the follower threshold. You can disconnect and erase social data from the dashboard. See the Creator Privacy Policy. Contact hello@ace-bl.tech for account assistance.
Manual verification without platform connections
You may verify accounts and campaign posts through screenshots, public links and owner review. For profile verification, submit a screenshot showing your handle and follower count, with the public profile link. The owner checks the public profile and audience count. A current owner check (within 24 hours) may replace platform verification for eligibility and new offers; at least one account still needs more than 1,000 followers. Sponsored campaigns require both accounts verified and Stripe onboarding.
For a campaign post, submit its link under the active campaign and upload its screenshot. The owner checks account ownership, publication date, original Ace content, creator code, required tags and disclosure on the public post. The 96-hour period starts at the first successful manual check. The final check requires a new screenshot uploaded after that period and a fresh public-post check. Removal or missing requirements resets the check. Account and final post checks must remain current when the campaign completes. The same post cannot earn another reward.
General submission feedback marked “Reviewed” is not account approval or campaign verification. Those are separate owner actions. Deleting or rejecting evidence withdraws its verification. Existing payment and progression rules continue to apply. Begin sponsored work only after your dashboard shows an active offer.
