Two things to know first.

Neither of these is buried anywhere else on this site, but this is the last screen before you pay, so here they are again in the plainest terms we have.

1. Ace uses an account you control

Ace connects to a compatible AI provider account that you control and sign in to during setup. Provider access is separate from your Ace subscription and may have its own cost.

Without a compatible account, Ace cannot run AI tasks. You choose the provider and keep control of that account.

2. You need a supported Mac

This release requires macOS 13 Ventura or later on Apple silicon and Intel. It is not sold for another processor architecture, Windows, iPhone, or a managed Mac whose administrator blocks the permissions Ace needs.

3. Subscription terms

Standard pricing is shown below. If you have a discount code, enter it before continuing. Stripe shows and confirms your final total. A valid 100% forever code covers this subscription and its renewals.

To cancelOpen your account, choose Manage subscription, and cancel in Stripe's secure billing portal. If the portal is unavailable, use the prefilled cancellation email. Email requests are processed immediately when received and get written confirmation. No phone call, retention offer, or reason is required.

A card is required for the standard paid offer. A verified 100% forever discount requires no card. We email you an acknowledgment repeating these terms, so you have them in writing without coming back to this page. A paid month remains available through its billing period and is not refundable because you forgot to cancel or did not have compatible AI provider access. 4. Acknowledge before continuing

Your discount is verified by Stripe before you confirm. If the code is invalid or used, no purchase is created.

Continuing creates a single-use Stripe checkout, where payment is taken. We never see or store your card details. A completed checkout creates your Ace account and issues its licence key.
